Flag football is a safe and educational way for your child to enjoy the game of football. Our program provides training on offense skills, including intervals of slow and fast movements of cutting, faking, and sprinting, along with defense skills of back peddling, shuffling, cutting, and sprinting. Flag football combines high-intensity/short-duration exercise with low-intensity/long-duration exercises. Players will improve their strength, consistency, and overall athleticism while learning the value of teamwork and sportsmanship.
Players are grouped based on age, physicality, and skill level, with a maximized child-to-coach ratio. Our coaches are engaged, passionate, and motivational. Whether your child is a first-timer or has previous experience playing football, we ensure that all players are progressing in skills throughout each week and having blast!
