KidzToPros credentialed teacher provides grade-level curriculum and all needed materials for each student
A KidzToPros Teacher will be responsible for the pod’s education, including setting up grade-specific curriculums, providing needed materials, continually assessing each child’s progress, adjusting the curriculum as needed, and submitting any needed reports.
KidzToPros teachers have at least three years experience teaching specific grade-level curriculum. Micro-school Pods have 4 to 6 students and meet 3 or 5 days per week, half-day or full-day.
Benefits of KidzToPros Micro-School Pods:
Micro-school teachers have more flexibility and can be more creative in what and how they teach grade-level content. This helps students stay engaged, motivated and learning throughout the day.
The small group size ensures that each student receives significantly more personalized attention. Students learning in small groups typically outperform their classmates from larger, more traditional classes.
Students will participate in activities and social interaction beyond their classroom time. STEM projects, exercise and crafts are worked into the schedule to help develop the whole child.
KidzToPros health and safety protocols ensure staff, kids and their families stay healthy and kids are able to continuously participate in their Pod.

The schedule for Micro-school Pods will be based on the customized grade-level curriculum for each student in the Pod, and whether the Pod meets for half or full-day. As requested and as time permits, the schedule can include enrichment and socialization activities.
KidzToPros Micro-school teachers bring a wealth of classroom experience implementing and adapting curriculum for diverse students. Teachers start with a baseline library of research-based, standards-aligned curriculum. Teachers use these resources to individualize lessons for their students based on assessment and observation. They will also leverage their teaching experience to responsively meet each child’s needs, in small groups or individually. Daily pod meetings will incorporate social-emotional learning activities and mindsets. Teachers’ unique strengths will provide opportunities for physical and artistic activities as well. Project-based learning will be a regular part of the schedule for application and integration of academic skills and knowledge in interdisciplinary units. STEM projects will be incorporated into the curriculum and digital citizenship will be integrated in authentic and proactive ways.
