Stress-free summer camp enrollment
The last year has certainly been challenging for parents and kids. Now more than ever, summer camp can help kids regain some degree of normalcy. Camp can allow kids to follow their passions, learn something new and socialize with friends, in a safe environment!
That’s why KidzToPros is making it easy for parents to plan their kids’ summer camp experience. With a new payment plan option and flexible cancellation and transfer policies, parents can feel confident enrolling their kids in KidzToPros Summer Camp.
Enrollments
- •Registration is now open for on-campus and online Summer Camps for kids from ages 4 to 14.
- •Register before February 16th and save $40 with code CAMP40.
- •Parents can elect to pay in full upon registration or take advantage of KidzToPros Payment Plan.
- •KidzToPros Payment Plan allows parents to pay 20% of the full price upon registration, and make additional monthly payments on the balance of the amount. The balance must be paid in full one month prior to the start of camp.
- •Payment plan options will not be available 30 days prior to the camp start date.
Transfers
- •Parents can transfer their child’s registration into a different camp session or different week (pending availability) up to seven days prior to the start of their original camp registration.
- •There are NO FEES associated with camp transfers. However, if there is a difference in the price of the new camp session, any additional amount must be paid at the time of transfer.
Flexible cancelation policy
- •Registrations cancelled at least 30 days prior to the start of camp will receive 100% refund, credited back to your payment method on file.
- •Registrations cancelled between 14 and 30 days prior to the start of camp will receive 100% credit to their KidzToPros Wallet only.
- •No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations within 14 days of the start of camp.
- •In the event that KidzToPros needs to cancel a camp, parents will be notified and can elect to receive a 100% refund or transfer their registration fee to their KidzToPros Wallet.
KTP wallet credits
- •All funds in your KidzToPros Wallet can be used to register for any KidzToPros program. Credits received in 2020 and 2021 must be used prior to December 31st, 2022.
